For years I have been procrastinating scanning my research on Medford Hall and publishing it here on my website.  Well, thanks to my long lost relative Jonathan Medford's DNA Project, I found the urge to post my research of Medford Hall or as they say it in Staffordshire, England, Meaford Hall.

Meaford Hall is for sale!  Awesome photos can be found at this property listing.

Jonathan and I are also looking for any male descendants from my line of Medfords (and other lines), to participate in the DNA Project.  It is non-evasive and only requires a cottom swab rubbed on the inside of your cheek.  Give us a shout!  We want to hear from you.

I am a Great Great Grandson of John Milton Medford, Great Grandson of Marion Ennis Medford, Sr., Grandson of Marion Ennis Medford, Jr.  Nobody from the John M. Medford line has volunteered their DNA yet.  I volunteered, but learned it doesn't help link the Medford lines together, because the DNA is passed from male to male.  My father wasn't a Medford.  I couldn't be so lucky I guess.  At least I have the name!

An awesome announcement came from Jon and his DNA project's early findings.  We are Vikings!  If you read my homepage, you would know why this is great news.

Well, here are the links that are a direct result of the many communications over the last year between Jon and myself.  Thanks for lighting a fire under me Jon!

These pages are scanned in their entirety, the way they were given to me.  Minus the rusty staples, paper clips and missing pages.

Any other information you can provide me would be much appreciated.  I would be very interested in posting complete volumes of the Medford Newsletter.  If in fact, that is even what it was called.  It would also be great if you have any information that could help update the wikipedia and rootsweb pages linked in the first few pages of my research.  Thank you so much!
